Raman Sandhu (born Ramanjot Singh, 19 November 1998) is an Indian entrepreneur, Founding Director and Chief Executive Officer of Scorpyns Technologies Private Limited. He is the creator of RankMentor, an AI-driven study scheduling platform, and RanksApart, a social community for aspirants and verified toppers.

Raised between Rajpura (Patiala, Punjab) and Chandigarh, Raman studied commerce at Patel Public School, later earning a B.A. from Patel Memorial National College (where he was President of the Student Council), and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from IGNOU.

Between 2016 and 2023, he prepared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, an experience that shaped his discipline, resilience, and systems thinking. This journey became the foundation of his entrepreneurial mindset.

Raman interned with leading psychologists and psychiatrists, including Dr. Ruby Ahuja (Chandigarh) and Dr. Rupesh & Dr. Yoseph Kale (Patiala), while also building skills in SEO, websites, and digital systems.
